Good opportunities in Ericsson Global, though competition for place is steep but healthy. Work done is recognized, and compensation is good, if not great. Good to continue and flourish until you think that time has come to make changes.

As with any BIG MNC's, most things you do are planned hence your career growth will also follow a curve well within company limits.
