Pros
Ericsson is a good company for starters - fresh grads. In my case they completely ignored my previous experience. And frankly, Ericsson is not a software company despite all the bragging about the amount of software written. It's a telecom company, so don't expect a top notch dev culture. At the same time there's a lot to learn and try. Ericsson is huge, I mean *huge*. So you can have a good playground for trying various things you're interested in. Good work/life balance too. Benefits, longer vacations, flex time, all that you can get here and enjoy. But..
Cons
It's slow. Very slow. And divided into verticals. Sometimes it's hard to do some real work simply because the overhead of convincing people is just overwhelming and demotivating. Unless you're as stubborn as a bull with limitless patience.
