Pros
Not much stress, good work/life balance. Stable and reliable HR processes. Good training opportunities.
Cons
No career path for software engineers. The idea of being a generalist (knowing a bit of everything) is promoted but weirdly it is rewarding to be a specialist in one field. Not an ideal place for ambitious people. Company politics, slow execution. Recognition, even if you do a great job, you may not see the benefits other than cinema tickets.
