IT worker - IT Worker Ericsson Employee Review

What can I say.... management are incompetent, there is no innovation, the company is insanely over reliant on third world markets, there is no direction, no vision, no leadership, absolutely zero accountability, the actual employees who drive the business are constantly petrified of losing their jobs and therefore keep their heads down and are afraid to contribute to improvement, career opportunities are a thing of the past unless you wish to move to the developing world.....the list goes on & on....
