      Pros

      almost none, regular benefits from global ericsson policies

      Cons

      undefined way of development process, worst project planning and management I've ever seen, can not finalize projects without heavy overtime. No respect to technical knowledge and expertise from managers. No promotion should be expected if you are not a good flatterer even if you save the world several times in a day.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
