Pros
If you do work at one fo the favored locations, you will get good benefits and salary. But design speed is slower at all locations due to the extra overhead large companies like Ericsson bring to the design "processes". This can be both a Pro and a Con, depending on what kind of work environment / challenge you like.
Cons
Targets to only be in the middle of the road for salaries compaired to the "local" salary ranges for a specific job. So not the best place to work for if you want a good wage, unless you work at the "favored" locations and in a high paying region (like San Jose). Oh and no Options!
