      Pros

      The best work life balance you can have. Clear communication from Mgmt and HR. Policies are transparent. Basic facilities for all employees are same. Good career growth.

      Cons

      One thing that i can suggest to improve is the appraisal process. Hire right people/ mgmt who understand the Ericsson culture and can take it forward.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
