Pros
Ericsson is a balanced environment that provides high job satisfaction combined with sense of achievement in working towards a big vision. Colleagues/management have high respect for each other and social values. It gives the sense of large family.
Cons
As in typical large companies focused on service provider segment, decision making takes longer. People who worked in small company environment would need some tuning to settle in, but this is a long haul journey.
