Great place with offices and opportunities truly global/worldwide Colleagues/peers are the best in the business A fair amount of freedom if you happen to end up under a good and trusting manager Solid products - due to long development times Large and stable customers - providing stability if the organization is successful in secruing new business
Cons
Internal politics and a small "favored" gang can really hinder the motivation and drive out among the masses. Internal IT systems a disgrace for a technology company Less and less regard for senior knowledge. Company is actively pushing out (even very skilled) people when they are getting into their 40s.
