Pros
Good team, responsibilities, not too stressing, opportunity to learn, abundance of open source stuff that provides knowledge valuable outside of company too
Cons
Salary increases well in the beginning, but questionable how often later in your career, there was no salary adjustment for inflation which is a very bad indicator. Some people are just lazy and do nothing their entire time while "working". There's a constant threat of being stuck in "maintenance" jobs instead of new feature development which is very boring.
