Excellent Graduate Program - Anonymous employee Ericsson Employee Review

After go trought the graduates program and once you get your contract, There are two Ericssons; one is the Ericsson that managers and team lead build, and the another one is the Ericsson the original, the good one, in the first one is hard to grow up, even thought you exceed expectations, if your manager o team lead doesnt get a long with you, you wont progress. and de second one is where are all the possibilities to build a carreer. the difficult part is that to get into the second one, we must past the first one.
