      Pay seems to be in line with average.

      Cons

      Need better tools and training. Need employees to not be so over tasked they do not have time to learn new tools/methods/processes. It impacts employees willingness to learn new things.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
