Pros

Weekly Pay for 3 months Occasional Lunch and Group Outings

Cons

-Pay is very low, even if you have a BA degree. -You won't even do any Social Media at least until 6 months,if they give you the chance. -Dishonest about the job and where you stand in the company. -Doesn't protect their staff from customers that are rude. -No growth at all. You'll be stuck in that position. He'll tell you that there is a possibility of becomming a Staffing Specialist, but when you learn the truth from his father, you'll find out that you will be stuck in that same role. -Terrible Healthcare. -Owner that is in the office every day is very dishonest, and lacks quality leadership, which is weird since he's working on a Master's Degree in Leadership. -Overall, the job is stressful, and they can't keep anyone there in office.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
