Pros
- You get to work for some very prestigious companies, and there are opportunities abroad. - They do not discriminate on basis of former grades, programming experience or anything else. Instead, it is a very open and encouraging company, for the most part. - Very young and dynamic culture, with a beautiful HQ to boot. You feel very welcome there. - Training is high quality, and I felt that it was very commercial, covering areas that uni had glossed over. - Good facilities (a library, access to material online)
Cons
- - Very dynamic but also of a beehive mind. If you do not fit in, they will remind you of that and toss you out if you cannot adapt. - No security, as you can be kicked out any time during the training (so be very careful about moving etc., at least before the induction period). - Sales driven and it does come strongly across that they care more about their clients than the consultants - There is quite a bit of miscommunication and omission of truth
