      Pros

      Great pay, extensive training on the job site, great benefits with medical.

      Cons

      Dock work is not for the faint of heart. Lots of time on your feet, climbing up freight to secure or build decking. But the pros can outweigh this if you're willing to put in the work.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
