Not a good company to work for - Anonymous employee FedEx Freight Employee Review

Each hub appears to operate by their own set of rules and procedures, not the policies and procedures set forth by Fedex Corporate. They do not follow safety procedures in regards to employees working in 120 degree AZ weather even though there are poaters hung up all over the place. If you are an employee that has worked with Fedex for a long period of time, the management team will try to figure how to harrass you until you leave so they can bring in someone they know for lesx money. This company used to be a great company to work for, however it has gone downhill in the last few years. It isnt even in the top 10 companies to work for anymore.
