      Pros

      Great benefits, very low stress/work load at least at my center they never drive you to the point where they’d give you too much and your rushing around, and good management.

      Cons

      Hours in the winter can be slim if your at the bottom of the seniority list.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
