      Good foundation with corporate umbrella from FedEx Corp.

      Cons

      As a former manager, it is best described as compliance over innovation. There is little room for you control your own destiny within a service center. Work-life balance is terrible and leadership at district level & region levels do not share people first principle.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
