      Pros

      FedEx Freight is a pretty good place to work. The part time pay is about as good as you're going to find and it's great experience to start a career in the logistics industry.

      Cons

      It can be very hard work with unrealistic expectations at times. At times supervisors don't communicate with each other and it can create confusion.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
