      Newer Equipment, Newer Facility, Shop on site.

      Cons

      Raises are not based on merit, you all get the same percentage so its "fair" whether you are a good or bad employee. Rarely get bonuses as a salary employee, while hourly and mileage employees are getting record breaking bonuses.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
