      Pros

      Very nice benefits and salary. The management team was very organized and knew what they were doing. Great team and the training was very helpful.

      Cons

      Working at FedEx freight is pretty easy until the winter comes around, especially if you live up north where it gets freezing. As a dockworker you are pretty much outside moving freight from trailer to trailer

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
