Pros
- Close-knit team and friendly work environment (at least in my district) - Fast-paced, but not unmanageable - Chances for upward mobility - Clear and accessible communication from management regarding new memos or announcements - Very easy and accessible means of communicating/collaborating with other locations - Good benefits - Good hours - Tuition reimbursement
Cons
- Pay isn't super low, but most of my fellow employees are either working a second job, looking for a second job, or THIS is their second job. That should tell you something. - Order and retail management software malfunctions often enough to be noticeable. - While it doesn't affect the work too much, there are a few little rules/metrics that employees are measured by, that actually discourage/punish us for working too efficiently.
