No career path here - Operations FedEx Office Employee Review

Employees are taken advantage of and voluntold to do extra work, with no recognition, no extra pay, or promotion. Very poor management. Management is a revolving door, with your average manager lasting under 2 years before they realize they are in a dead end and move outside the company. They absolutely do not promote from within so in terms of carerr path, do not expect one at this company.
