      Pros

      They give equal opportunity to people that are inside their company already as well as people hiring in with experience. That was my story I came on with experience of the industry but brand new to their business and was promoted Within a year.

      Cons

      Certain roles only have one set schedule. So if you are unable to work nights for example you could not be the assistant manager because of that is the shift for that role.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
