      Pros

      Gaining sales experience was best part of job, Monday-Friday schedule was rare in hospitality industry. Free lunch at the hotel everyday was convenient.

      Cons

      Pay was sad, took paycut from unemployment just to gain experience. Hourly rate and no commissions. Commute was so awful getting into town that I ended up leaving to a new company with better sales initiatives and better commute.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
