Pros
Had a really strong supervisor, probably the best manager I've ever worked for. Unfortunately, his abilities and kindness were taken advantage of by the District Manager and compensation is rarely enough to keep someone like him who could vet better compensation elsewhere. Ability to get promoted and move locations is easy if you're dedicated to the work and do well and are willing to move.
