      Pros

      Job and customers are wonderful. Are exposed to every kind of personality and culture in Minneapolis. Problem solving at it's best and most personal. The team is family.

      Cons

      Terrible pay - unlivable, unbelievable, shameful. Forces employees to participate in meaningless and time consuming activities while 'wearing too many hats". Customers regularly comment on how horribly employees are treated. The company doesn't care - everyone not in management is expendable.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
