      Good Benefits (had to have at least 5 words and that's the only thing that was good)

      Cons

      Horrible Hours, not flexible with schedule, extremely hard to move up in position if you are not it the right click, horrible pay, ignore sexual harassment incidents and do nothing when trying to file a complaint about it. HR talks about others behind their back and tells personal things about them. Fires people because of something others did. The work/life balance is horrible, you are not allowed to have a life outside FedEx Office.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
