      Pros

      I worked in 3 different locations and had fun throughout the 6 years I was there. Great job for college students. Very flexible and works with your schedule. Learned a lot of computer programs and about handling different people. Good pay, I heard the benefits were good but I was part time. Low turn-over rate.

      Cons

      Most managers were great, but some new management didn't seem to trust the employees to know what they were doing. Odd employees with attitude occasionally (the job wears on your patience).

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
