      Pros

      Worked with a lot of great people and made goods friends. Learned a lot when I was in the sales side of the business about the B2B sales process. This was the most valuable training I have had to date. Three of the four managers I had while working here were the best managers I ever had. Unfortunately, they are no longer with the company either. See Cons for explanation.

      Upper management started getting rid of tenured retail managers and replacing them with lower paid candidates.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
