      Other workers were nice my manager was great hours are plentiful if you take nights weekends

      Cons

      Pay too low for all the responsibilities plus too many customers are demanding. Training is too short esp. Print jobs can be complicated need lots of training there...open most holidays like 4th Easter memorial day long hours til midnight suck M - F ...stressful and pay not much more than fast food

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
