Pros

This job will teach you what work really is. It's a fast, first sort-of-real job that will leave you feeling good some days. Great health benefits.

Cons

Customers are extremely demanding. Poor and unmotivated management. Unrealistic expectations for low pay. Long hours. Team members call out frequently. Serious lack of communication and training. Heavy constraints and expectations are not realistic for understaffed and underpaid employees = high turnover rate. Insincere word tracks for greeting customers and walking them through the "3C's". Reviews on a 5.0 scale are almost always 3.2 or less.

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
