Pros

There's still what's left of the long term Kinko's talent lineup holding on out of sheer obstinance. They make a good community.

Cons

Inability to keep opening salaries competitive in climbing markets, resulting in lack of qualified applicants and stores running on far too few employees. Payroll requirements forcing stores to cut employee hours and operate even in peak times at extremely light employee numbers. Pay is garbage in this metro for long term employees promoting within; out-of-company hires make 2-3 times the salaries, regardless of a complete lack of production background. The company is focusing on a retail feel despite being a production focused opco. It's going downhill, rather quickly. I would never work there again.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
