      Overtime when you are over 90 day period, good benefits, great coworkers

      Cons

      Customers are always rude, no room for growth, you will always end up closing on your 90 day probationary period, low pay even in areas of high cost of living (I lived in Boca Raton FL where the average rent is well over 1200 and they start you at 13.50), a lot of physical work, a lot of things to memorize printing wise, understaffed, they will throw you to the wolves in your first month of training and you will be stuck looking stupid when you cannot help a customer.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
