      Pros

      Benefits are fantastic. Environment is great. Support for people willing to work hard is top notch.

      Cons

      Corporate big wigs are constantly coming up with new things to put in to practice with no understanding of how it affects the team. Long process involved in getting rid of employees who don't care, most managers avoid it at all costs so lazy employees or people with garbage attitudes stay around for longer than is good.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
