Pros

Steady work pace Some chance to gain computer knowledge Shipping discounts

Cons

They hire from outside the company more than promote. For most of the South East region any task they ask you to do involving a computer; you would be making more money working for any other company. The HR Reps for the region also do as little as possible to follow up on any inquiries or reports. They are willing to short store inventories which cost you sales metrics to make their numbers look better while simultanously writing you up for not selling enough. Willing to give away hundreds if not thousands of dollars in orders, but will write up employees for small mistakes.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
