      Pros

      The company still embodies the old Kinko's that it took over by making its team members the most important part of their business. Their biggest Pro to me is the amount of training you recieve there and how high of an importance they put on it.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of checks and balances and audits...not that this is really a bad thing but it can be overwhelming if you don't budget your time wisely.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
