Pros

Excellent benefits! Not only health benefits but discounts on many different things/companies also offers tuition reimbursement which was great! Willingness to transfer throughout the U.S. if need be.

Cons

Company presents new changes in such a way that it is clear team member input is not valued. Upper management at a corporate level are unwilling to see the "bad". When it was Kinkos, there was praise for staying late to complete a LARGE job. Now, regardless of how much the job is worth, you get in trouble for staying late instead of a thank you for getting the job done right and on time. District managers turn a blind eye to problems. Short staffing is a MAJOR issue which is not going to be corrected. Employees expected to complete tasks of multiple people at low pay rate. Unwilling to work with employees on personal obligations such as children.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
