      Pros

      I've always worked with great team members, the business is solid and growing, able to transfer as my life requires, lots of opportunities for learning, always something new to do, attentive and engaged management, sales expectations seem to match the business trend. Pay is fair, lots of advancement opportunities if you're interested.

      Cons

      Understaffed, FedEx Office seems more concerned with saving money by crunching payroll then making sure their customers are satisfied. The new benefits package is substandard compared to last years package.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
