Pros

Access to software Ability to learn about different printing techniques Easy going manager (this doesn't happen at all locations)

Cons

Misguided management strategies ("product of the months" featuring $1 pens. Really?!) District manager was completely condescending to all staff, including management Low morale due to the lack of empathy from upper management Inability to move up (they literally won't allow it if they aren't fond of you personally) Lack of real breaks (if it's a busy day, you aren't getting one. Period) Imbeciles that are the patrons (It's 2014 people! How do you own smart phones and tablets, but can't compose a word document?!) Standing on feet for 8+ hours You have to deal with non-stop rudeness from guests (there's no escaping it. You literally have no where to go in the store because they're everywhere!)

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
