In my district, senior management did not care about Team Members. Managing by Fear and Intimidation does NOT work!!! - Center Manager FedEx Office Employee Review

Shifting company goals and policies which did not meet the needs of customers. In addition, FedEx Office does not know what it wants to be when it grows up!! Does it want to be a "Big Box Retail, Shipping or Printing company???" It does all of these things, but not very well.
