      Pros

      Great Company, Ever changing, good platform for building your skill set. Health benefits are good. Make it your own business in some ways. Willing to take feedback from the field.

      Cons

      Often times to many initiatives at ounce. Corp. wanting to push metrics that the goals are not obtainable. Service Quality Index and customers feed back is often in different FedEx companies but you are still held accountable. A lot of moving parts of the business, with shipping, retail, self-serve, and full service. pay is not competitive.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
