Pros

This company use to prioritize customer service, culture, and it's employees. Now it's sales... However learning customer service skills and developing a strong work ethic will never go out of style and this is a place to get your feet wet i suppose.

Cons

This company use to prioritize customer service, culture, and it's employees. Now it's sales...After that I'm not sure. I used to get bonuses in 2010 & 2011, then bonuses only went to assistant managers and up. There's no loyalty to employees, regardless how long they'd been there. There's a revolving door of employees coming in, seeing things, then leaving. I stayed as long as I did (10yrs) because it was easy and I was in school. But, when I needed to set my hours, and the pandemic hit, I was laid off. No mention or thank yous were given for the 10 years I'd given.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
