Pros

They do go through quite a rigmarole in regard to the hiring process. they do choose a good personality as well as great work ethic people to join the team. My regional manager,every anniversary and birthday, does make it a point to call on those days and wish his best, very personable. there is a constant learning curve working in our office. The software is great and its great to be able to use our creativity in order to better a customers order. and be thanked for a job well done. The consistency of the clientele can be beneficial as far as hear say goes!

Cons

as far as pay goes, depending on the district you are it, it may not be as beneficial in regard to wage rates. More so now, the company is extremely stingy when giving raises due the bar that has been raised in the passed few years along with the economy. You are also not allowed to have a second job. this is the only position you are able to have. If ever you were caught and questioned you would be made to choose one or the other. which makes it difficult for some that need more.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
