Pros

Customers were great to work with Was very happy to help them

Cons

Management If you were not friends with them or Kissed butt then they had it out for you. Now Kinko's really knew how to treat their employees not just lip service like FedEx Office does. When FedEx bought Kinko's they ruined the Company and the employees moral. They pay you very little but expect a lot from you. Pay raises are .10 per yr.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
