Pros

You have FXO and their other services in your resume. Decent pay if you want to get your professional career going.

Cons

Being able to multi-task is essential in this line of work which means you are working on time-sensitive orders, while servicing the customer queue, answering incoming calls, helping with the FedEx drop off, and assisting self-service customers all at the same time. This could be even more stressful when the location may be short staffed.

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
