      Pros

      401K match is 8% on 6% input. Job security.

      Cons

      Management is varied from location to location and upper management does not develop leaders to inspire to teams and make them feel welcome or appreciated. The opportunities for advancement are limited and the merit increases are minimal either upon annual reviews or promotions. It's very hard to move up the pay scale.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
