      Pros

      Great environment to stay fit. Fast paced, usually well organized after you understand what's going on. Most people are very kind. Great ability to move up.

      Cons

      Initial training into sort is very rough and unorganized. I saw it frustrate many new hires because they felt like they didn't know what they should be doing. Start and stop times very and hours get cut way down in off season. Dependent on how high in the ladder you're trying to go, it will probably lead to you having to move to a site that has that position open up.

      Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
