      Benefits maybe, and decent PTO

      Where to begin. Very metrics driven. Lots of things you cant control will be factored into your performance reviews. A lot to learn for very little pay. Management is out of touch and upper management turnover is ridiculous. Some customers are legit some waste hours of your time to spend a nickel. Very frustrating job.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
