      Pros

      This is a wonderful place to work and you get a real teammate vibe. You get introduced to so many different kind of situations both shipping wise and printing wise. You can really grow as a printing professional.

      Cons

      Its working in retail and so there is a lot of super entitled people that think they are better than you and they need stuff quick and cheap. There is a lot of corporate politics that happen from time to time and that interferes with the customer and employee experience.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
